You’ll oversee daily operations for this 226 unit community , ensuring it runs effectively, meets financial goals, and offers residents an exceptional living experience.What You’ll DoLead your leasing and service teams to achieve and exceed occupancy, retention, and revenue goals.Deliver an outstanding resident experience by building strong relationships, addressing concerns, and providing timely follow up on resident requests.Maintain operational excellence by ensuring all aspects of the community — from safety to curb appeal — meet company and resident expectations.Manage budgeting and financial aspects of the community to achieve financial objectives.Cultivate trusted partnerships with vendors and business partners to deliver exceptional service and maintain community excellence.Lead and develop teammates, providing clear direction and support to achieve community goals.
