The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Assistant Manager to help lead our front-of-house operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise & Lead: Motivate and manage our diverse FOH team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
Manage Shifts: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling, and maintain detailed records.
Inventory & Cost Control: Assist in managing inventory, monitoring costs, and working with suppliers.
Ensure Standards: Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Problem Solve: Address guest concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
