Salon Freebird — Boulder’s warm, low-tox, laid-back-luxury salon — is looking for a friendly, driven, highly organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. If you love creating a welcoming atmosphere, staying on top of details, and being the heartbeat of a busy, growing salon, we’d love to meet you!

Your Responsibilities
Greeting every client with a warm smile and exceptional service
Managing the appointment book, online requests, and confirmations
Answering phones, returning voicemails, and responding to emails
Checking clients in and out accurately
Supporting stylists with smooth day-to-day operations
Maintaining a clean, peaceful, and welcoming front desk environment
Helping with inventory, laundry, and light in-salon tasks
Upholding our brand standards and guest-first culture
Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Compensation: $20+ per hour, based on experience
Location: Central Boulder with easy parking
