Ambli Global at Belleview Station is looking for solid Dining room Servers, Bartenders, Well Bartenders , Maitre’d and Support Staff that can execute dynamic Menus and take the Guest Experience to the next level. We need staff that can comprehend and appreciate our globally inspired Menu and sell the romance of our dining experience to Guests.

We are looking to hire immediately! Start date will be January 5th. All applicants must attend Job Fair on December 29th. All positions are FULL TIME only. Ranging from 30-40 hours a week. Days off will be Sunday (Ambli is closed on Sundays) and one additional week day. Qualified candidates will need to stage 2 days (paid at minimum wage) and go through 2 weeks of paid training/development.

Qualifications and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Dining Room Servers
Wine Knowledge and Certification preferred
Appreciation of the Dining experience (ie. Eats out to see what other restaurants are doing and
getting ideas for your own personal growth)
Resident of Colorado for a minimum of 6 months (current resident)
4+ year’s Dining Server experience
Solid base knowledge of wine, spirits, and food
Ability to work as a cohesive team
Only 1 Industry Job
Ability to follow the Rules & Guidelines of the Restaurant
Quick learner and ability to adapt as our dynamic menu is constantly changing
Bartenders / Well Bartenders
3+ years of HIGH VOLUME Well Bartending Experience
Experienced palate in food, wine and spirits
Responsible and presentable
Understands the meaning of teamwork
Appreciates a clean bar; there is daily bar cleaning of both bars
Thick skin and willing to work hard
Batching and juicing for all the cocktails
Running drinks to guests when possible
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Host / Maitre’d
3+ years of fine dining or upscale hospitality experience
Previous Maître d’, Lead Host, or Dining Room Management experience preferred
Strong understanding of dining room flow, pacing, and guest relations
Solid base knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and confident presence
Ability to lead by example and work as part of a cohesive team
High level of organization and attention to detail
Calm, solution-oriented approach in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Greet and engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
Oversee reservations, waitlists, and seating strategy to support optimal service flow
Coordinate closely with servers, bartenders, and management to maintain pacing and balance
Monitor guest experience throughout service and address concerns proactively
Uphold and enforce Ambli Global’s service standards, rules, and dining room guidelines
Maintain an organized, polished host stand and dining room presence
Support and mentor host staff as needed
Remain calm, decisive, and guest-focused during high-volume service
Adapt quickly to menu changes, special events, and dynamic service needs
Server Support/ Busser
Previous restaurant or service support experience preferred
Fluent in English
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
