We’re seeking a Certified Phlebotomist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and skilled at providing a positive patient experience while ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing.
Responsibilities:
-Perform venipuncture and specimen collection in accordance with established procedures
-Accurately label, process, and transport samples for laboratory testing
-Verify patient information and maintain detailed records in compliance with HIPAA standards
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy area
-Provide excellent patient care and uphold professional conduct at all times
-Travel to various area healthcare facilities as needed
Qualifications:
-Current Phlebotomy Certification required (CPT, RPT, or equivalent)
-High school diploma or GED
-Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (newly certified candidates welcome to apply)
-Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
-Reliable transportation and willingness to float to multiple facilities
Schedule:
Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
