The Role
As a Unified Clinic Support Team Member, you’ll be the cornerstone of patient experiences and clinic operations. This hybrid role combines patient interaction, organizational wizardry, and a passion for holistic health.
This role is to assist with Shockwave Therapy, a powerful healing modality used to treat pain and chronic injuries. Duties also include applying other therapies, assistance with scheduling, Admim, payments, patient experience and marketing events. You’ll learn how to administer the therapy, how it works physiologically, and how to guide patients through it—all with hands-on training and mentorship.

Professional working proficiency in Spanish preferred to assist Spanish-speaking patients and provide support in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Be the Face of SHIFT Chiropractic: Welcome and onboard new patients with warmth and professionalism.
Keep Us on Track: Manage schedules, monitor care plans, and keep patient records impeccable.
Be a Financial Whiz: Handle payments and financial agreements with confidence and clarity.
Foster Relationships: Reactivate inactive patients, support wellness transitions, and maintain a personal touch in every interaction.
Spread the Word: Collaborate on marketing events and community outreach to share our mission.
