Flooring knowledge is a plus but not required. We hire based on personality and drive! What We’re Looking For
- A great, friendly personality
- The ability to close sales
- Someone who loves networking and social media
- A sincere desire to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Reliability: show up on time, have a dependable car, drive to appointments (no DUIs),
- Someone that learns computer programs easily
Job Duties
- Visit customers’ homes for measurements, estimates, design consultations, and closing sales
- Follow up on estimates (yes, follow-up is key!)
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Join networking events and actively pursue qualified leads
- Help clients decorate and choose flooring that fits their style
