Hiring Plumber Commision Based & Hourly Pay

Small family owned company looking to hire full time plumber with atleast 3+ years experience. Pay is 40-45% commision per service job after parts or hourly if rough in or multiple day project with pay of $30-$40 depending on experience, proof of license & if you own your own van. If you don't own your own vehicle one will be provided for you. Subcontractor terms so no taxes or healthcare stopped after payroll, you are responsible for your own taxes end of year. Option of weekly pay or two weeks entirely up to you. Your are also required to have your own tools.
