Looking for someone to help open a hostel for CDT hikers and bikers in Silver City, NM.
The property should be ready to open by late February or March. I'm still doing remodel work.
Ideally I would like to lease the property to someone who will run the hostel. I would want a very reasonable monthly rent. You would pay utilities and take care of maintenance. The profit will be yours to keep.
The hostel that was open in town has closed and the town is in big need of a hostel. For Silver City the season would be mid March to mid June and then late August until mid November. This would also work well for Colorado winter employment.
