Entry level:
Help execute small construction projects and services
No experience needed
Must be able to lift heavy objects and walk long distances
Must be able to learn quickly
Must have good situational awareness as work Involves tools and machinery
Start at 20 an hour quickly move up
Manager:
Must have experience with all types of hand and power tools
Skidsteer experience is preferred
Must be able to strap down loads on trailers and Operate trailers and trucks
Knowledge and ability to weld preferred
Knowledge on basic carpentry Preferred
Knowledge on Concrete preferred
Can stay on task and is a self starter
Can lead others to finish projects on time in a satisfactory manner
Start at 25 an hour Plus bonuses For good leadership and keeping projects on time
