Looking to add someone to my team. This person must know how to operate a bucket and cut down a tree.
Ideally, you would need five years minimum in this field.
Requirements are backing up a trailer or chipper. Bucket operator. In the knowledge of knowing how to cut a tree down.
I usually pay $300 a day. But I'm looking for a team player. Not just an operator.
Right now I have a great Bucket operator, but unfortunately he's not the best team player. I would love to keep him, but he shows up consistently half an hour late. When he's on the job. It's great. He works well, but the kid wasted his money on smoking weed and living paycheck to paycheck. I want someone that's a little more motivated. He's ruined two good ground workers because they absorb his minimal effort attitude
I don't mind in the future paying for $500 a day for the right guy that could really run my company. And don't get me wrong. I'll be on the job 50% of the time running the machine and what not. But I need a smoother Sail.
I just had a kid and and I would like to start a landscape company as well next year, but I'm always drawn right back to the tree side. Sharpening saws, doing the maintenance, kind of making sure everything is good.
Right now we're booked up to first week of January. I'm sure l'll get more work, but that's all I have right now.
