Looking for a motivated licensed mechanical engineer (in VA, MD and DC) to perform survey and design of residential, commercial and industrial facilities, on a consulting or contract basis.
Majority of the projects are to develop mech/plumbing permit drawing set and associated work, such as energy or other analysis, as required by each county/jurisdiction.
Each task will be negotiated, individually.
