About the Job:
We’re looking for outgoing, motivated Leaders and Canvassers to join our marketing and canvassing team! You’ll be taking a team out, talking with homeowners about upgrading their windows, roofing, siding, or doors, and setting up free home estimate appointments — no selling or closing required.
If you like being outdoors, talking to people, and want to earn great money while learning valuable sales skills, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:
Go door-to-door with your team in assigned neighborhoods where we've done work.
Delegate areas for team members to knock in preassigned areas.
Motivate and encourage, help, train canvassers.
Speak with homeowners about energy-efficient home improvements
Schedule free estimates for our sales team (no selling required)
Represent NuHome Exteriors with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Previous experience leading a team of canvassers
Reliable transportation to office every day.
Willingness to learn and work outdoors
Self-motivated and team-oriented
