Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor / Foreman to lead crews on commercial projects throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams and projects effectively from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
Manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and field workers
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
Track progress and report issues or delays to upper management
Qualifications:
Experience as a Foreman or Construction Supervisor
Strong knowledge commercial construction practices
Ability to read blueprints and layout tasks accordingly
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
