About the Role
As a Community Manager with Metropolis, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and expanding our portfolio across the DMV region. You’ll oversee daily community operations, build strong client relationships, and help drive continued growth through outstanding service and leadership. This position requires a motivated professional who can balance hands-on management with strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support assigned communities with professionalism and efficiency.
Foster strong relationships with Boards, homeowners, and vendors.
Deliver exceptional service, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow our management portfolio within the DMV region.
Leverage existing relationships to attract and retain new communities.
Collaborate with our corporate team to align operations with Metropolis’s mission and standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in community association management, with a solid portfolio of successfully managed properties.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong local network and knowledge of the DMV market.
Proactive, organized, and results-driven.
CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® designation preferred but not required.
