We are a home improvement contracting company seeking a dependable Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. Mon-Fri 6-7 hours/day and does not include benefits.
Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
-Answering phone calls
-Filing, scanning, and general office organization
-Data entry and maintaining accurate records
-Tracking and updating service tickets
-Scheduling appointments and coordinating with field technicians
-Making collection calls and following up on outstanding invoices
-Stocking and organizing brochures and office materials
-Responding to emails promptly and professionally
Requirements:
-Must be punctual, reliable, and detail‑oriented
-Must have dependable transportation
-Must speak English fluently with clear, concise communication
-Knowledge of QuickBooks and Google Docs is helpful but not required
-Prior office experience in a contractor or service‑based industry is a plus
-Dress is business casual
