Your Role
As the Branch Manager, you are the sales leader and revenue driver for the Alexandria market. You are responsible for growing new business, expanding existing accounts, and managing daily branch operations to meet sales, profit, and service goals.
Key Responsibilities
Spend 4–6 hours per day conducting B2B sales calls and business development
Actively prospect, close, and grow client accounts using a relationship-based sales approach
Meet and exceed sales, gross margin, and profit goals
Manage customer relationships and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Open the office at 5:30 a.m. to dispatch employees to job sites
Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, scheduling, and performance
Conduct job site inspections and ensure safety compliance
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff
Manage branch financial performance, including P&L, A/R, and collections
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience (required)
Leadership or operations experience (staffing industry a plus, not required)
Strong closing skills and comfort with cold calling and prospecting
Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
