Our projects include retail stores, restaurants, warehouses, medical clinics, and office tenant fit-outs. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead field teams and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate crews of 5–10 electricians on commercial projects
Interpret and work from blueprints and electrical schematics
Ensure all work meets NEC and company standards
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial electrical experience (foreman-level preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
Solid understanding of NEC requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work varying day schedules
Preferred but not required:
Journeyman or Master Electrician License
Fire alarm installation experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
