We are a general contractor currently seeking a licensed electrician and/or plumber for an active residential renovation project in Gainesville, VA.
Qualified candidates must be able to pull permits in Prince William County and provide proof of current Virginia licensing.
Requirements:
Valid Virginia contractor’s or tradesman’s license (Electrical and/or Plumbing)
Ability to pull necessary permits in Prince William County
Reliable, professional, and able to coordinate with GC on-site
Available for immediate or near-term start
Scope of Work:
Residential remodel with partial rough-in already completed. Looking for someone to step in, assess existing work, and complete the remaining scope to code.
Compensation:
