Position Details:
$21/hour plus guaranteed pay increases at 6 months
Four-day work week (must include 1 weekend day)
Shifts run 10 hours, beginning at 10:00 AM
Operate company-supplied Amazon delivery vehicles
Expect 250+ stops daily throughout Northern Virginia

What You Need:
Current driver's license
Clear 7-year background check
At least 21 years of age with good driving history
Prior delivery or van experience a plus
Read and comprehend delivery addresses and routing directions
Interact professionally with customers about their deliveries
Adhere to safety guidelines, both verbal and written
Must be fluent in English as our dispatchers only speak English
Stay in contact with dispatch via company devices
Handle packages weighing up to 75 lbs, work outdoors year-round
Weekend availability (minimum 1 day per week)

DSP drivers work for independent DSPs, not Amazon directly. Each DSP handles its own hiring, management, and termination decisions. Compensation including wages, bonuses, benefits, and incentives is determined entirely by the individual DSP.
