Business Development Analyst - Dermatology PPM

Acquisition & De Novo Support:Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses to support the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets.Build and maintain detailed financial models (e.g., pro formas, valuations, ROI analysis).Assist in due diligence processes including data room organization, document review, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Support the development of business cases for new market entries and de novo opportunities, including site selection research and provider recruitment efforts.Market & Industry Research:Research competitive landscapes, referral patterns, demographics, and market saturation in target regions.Analyze macro and micro trends in dermatology and adjacent physician specialties.Track pipeline activity and develop internal reporting dashboards.Perform market outreach and lead generationInternal Collaboration:Partner with finance, legal, operations, and clinical teams throughout the deal lifecycle.Help prepare board presentations, investor updates, and internal growth strategy materials.Contribute to relationship-building with prospective partners and practice owners through market outreach and conference participation.
