Manage day-to-day due diligence activities for active acquisitions, following established processes and proceduresAct as the day-to-day, full-time project manager on M&A / Operational Due Diligence projects to help ensure successful acquisition and post-closing operational integrationMaintain due diligence trackers, timelines, and document request listsProvide project management and process oversight of internal and target company work teams throughout the project lifecycle and serve as the primary team interface with various levels of executives and team membersAttend internal diligence calls, record action items, and ensure follow-upCommunicate with sellers, provider groups, and third parties to obtain required diligence documentsLead the preparation of due diligence reports to present to investment committee, by coordinating with department leaders and subject matter expertsEscalate issues, delays, or gaps in information to the General Counsel or other designated leaders
