Now Hiring: FFM-Certified ACA Health Insurance Agents (Remote – 2026 OEP, W-2)
We’re hiring FFM-certified ACA Health Insurance Agents for the 2026 Open Enrollment Period. This is a remote W-2 position offering stable hourly pay plus commissions, ideal for agents who want consistent structure, strong support, and dependable income.
Agents earn $14 per hour + $25 per approved enrollment.

Responsibilities
Take inbound ACA calls and assist consumers with Marketplace health insurance enrollments
Verify eligibility, explain plan options, and submit accurate applications
Complete a required three-way call with the Marketplace on every enrollment
Maintain full compliance with CMS and Marketplace regulations
Deliver a professional, efficient, and compliant enrollment experience
Requirements
FFM Certification for 2026 (proof required)
Active health insurance license (215/240 or equivalent)
Prior ACA/Marketplace experience preferred
Reliable computer, stable internet, and quality headset
Strong communication and closing skills
What We Offer
$14 per hour (W-2)
$25 per completed enrollment
All inbound leads provided — no cold calling
Weekly pay
Set work schedule:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Saturdays optional: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (No Break)
