Responsibilities:
Execute mold remediation and water mitigation projects following industry standards and protocols.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient restoration services.
Operate and maintain equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, and containment systems.
Safely handle and dispose of contaminated materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety measures.
Communicate with clients and team members throughout the restoration process, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Keep up to date with industry advancements through training and professional development.
Accurately document all aspects of mold remediation projects.
Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent further damage or contamination.
Repair or replace damaged materials such as drywall.
Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order and properly maintained.
