Now Hiring: Overnight Security Dispatcher
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Security Dispatcher to join our team. This position covers Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Monitor and respond to emails during the shift
Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity
Log security entries, incidents, and daily activity reports accurately
Dispatch and communicate orders to security guards as needed
Handle petty cash transactions responsibly
Maintain shift accountability and take charge of overnight operations
Provide support and direction to on-duty security personnel
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
Qualifications:
Security D License preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Basic computer and data entry skills
