Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol the premises to maintain a secure environment
Control access to the building and verify credentials of visitors and contractors
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
Document and report any unusual activities or security concerns
Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing community policies
Qualifications:
Prior security experience preferred, but not required
D license required
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
