Superior Fence & Rail of Southwest Florida is seeking a Full-Time Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers—from contract to installation to inspection.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the scheduling, contract, and installation processes
Coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure project accuracy and timeliness
Maintaining professional communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring each client receives a superior experience
Assisting with inspection coordination and documentation
Contributing to the overall efficiency and organization of the operations team
This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and a high sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Also preferred:
Previous experience in detailed scheduling or coordination of customer projects
Prior office and customer service experience
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain respectful relationships with colleagues and customers
