Host/Hostess (Part Time) - Coste Island Cuisine (DiamondHead Beach Resort)
Upscale dining experience required. Candidates must have prior experience working in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment.
Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment, immediately greets and seats guests with a smile. Ensuring flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount. Responsible for communicating effectively to ensure servers are aware of their areas and newly seated guests. Plans seating chart and organizes reservations, checking with manager to ensure you have all reservations for the shift and are aware of any large parties arriving. Responsible for ensuring that the guests’ visit exceeds their expectations. Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings &; holidays, as needed. Previous experience in high volume and full-service Bar and/or Food & Beverage/Outlet preferred.
