Oise Ristorante is a chef-driven restaurant in downtown Fort Myers offering a unique blend of Italian cuisine with Japanese influences. We’re known for great food, creative cocktails, and an energetic, welcoming atmosphere — and we’re looking for a Floor Manager who can help lead the front-of-house team and keep service running smoothly.
As a Floor Manager, you’ll be hands-on during service, supporting servers and bartenders, keeping the dining room organized, and making sure guests have an excellent experience from start to finish. You’ll help set the tone on the floor, handle guest needs as they come up, and work closely with both FOH and BOH to keep communication strong and service seamless.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are key. If you enjoy leading by example, staying calm under pressure, and creating a great vibe for both guests and staff, Oise Ristorante could be a great fit.
