Job description:
1. Make sure the facility is clean — remove any trash you find around the property and clean any dirty areas as needed. If there are large pieces of trash that you cannot take away with you then put the trash inside of the trash unit we are using at the facility.
2. Property walkthrough — check all units for any signs of break-ins and to ensure all units look good. Compare the units in person to the unit list we send on a weekly basis to make sure it all matches.
3. Prepare units for rent — make sure that units listed as Available are rent-ready. They should be unlocked, clean, swept, and no trash or contents inside the unit.
4. Help with auctions — cut off locks for units we are auctioning and take pictures and email them to us. Then put one of our combination locks and send us the combination.
5. Light maintenance items as needed — replace a latch, change a lightbulb, hang a sign, clean the gutters, etc. and any other light maintenance item that comes up like this. We will assume the cost for any material you may need.
Small random tasks — for example give the replacement keys to a tenant, cut off a lock, etc.

Requirements:
1. Must have your own vehicle and tools.
2. Must go two days of the week (Monday and Thursday) to go to the property.
3. Employees may choose their start time, but must begin no later than 12:00 pm and work approximately 5 hours. They may leave earlier if all tasks are completed.
4. Good communication skills (inform when arriving at the property, problems that need urgent solving etc).
5. Must be able to send pictures and videos via text and email.
6. Tech savvy (reset internet router, operate a computer etc).
7. Property maintenance experience is a plus.
8. Landscaping skills and tools is a plus and is an extra payment.
