Our company, TLC The Logical Choice Inc., is urgently hiring for a project in Fort Myers, FL. We are seeking reliable and preferred experienced (willing to train) workers who can start immediately.
Positions Available Job Details:
Build and take down scaffolding on construction sites. You'll be putting pipes, boards, and braces together safely so crews can work at heights. Must have experience and be comfortable working with tools and lifting heavy materials.
Assist the builders by carrying materials, passing tools, and helping set up and take down scaffolds. No experience required, just be ready to work hard, follow instructions, and help keep the job site safe.
Start Date: (exact start time & project duration to be confirmed during interview)
Pay Rate - based on role and experience
Helper - $17.00 - $20.00 – based on experience
Erector - $19.00 - $22.00 - based on experience
Leadman - $22.00 - $25.00 - based on experience
Foreman - $25.00 - $30.00 – based on experience
Driver - $18.00 - $22.00 - based on experience
Shift: Full time and possible weekends
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and valid DL
Must be dependable and available to start immediately
Scaffold builders / erector- preferred experience. Willing to train
Helpers should be willing to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to perform physical labor and work safely at all times.
Must be comfortable working at heights — not afraid of heights
PPE Required: Hard hat, gloves, safety vest, and steel-toe boots (additional PPE may be required depending on site conditions)
