Se requiere persona responsable, puntual y con buena movilidad para visitar, caminar e inspeccionar terrenos (lotes) en Lehigh Acres.
Responsabilidades:
Trasladarse al lote indicado.
Caminar y revisar visualmente el terreno.
Tomar fotos y videos claros del lote y su entorno.
Enviar el material el mismo día junto con observaciones básicas.
Requisitos indispensables:
Teléfono celular con buena cámara.
Movilidad propia.
Disponibilidad para trabajar solo cuando se le solicite.
Ser confiable y cumplir tiempos.
Experiencia previa no indispensable (se brinda guía).
Condiciones:
Pago por cada lote inspeccionado.
Trabajo por llamada / por requerimiento, sin horario fijo.
Ideal como ingreso adicional.

Responsibilities:
Travel to the assigned lot location.
Walk and visually inspect the property.
Take clear photos and videos of the lot and surrounding area.
Submit the material the same day along with basic observations.
Requirements:
Smartphone with a good camera.
Reliable transportation.
Availability to work only when contacted / as needed.
Punctual, responsible, and dependable.
No prior experience required (guidelines will be provided).
Terms:
Payment per lot inspected.
On-call / per-request work, no fixed schedule.
