Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver - Independent Contractor to join our team. This role involves providing efficient and safe transportation services, primarily focusing on delivery and route driving. The ideal candidate will have experience
in customer service, warehouse operations, and driving, with the ability to handle light lifting and moving tasks. As an independent contractor, you will operate out of your PERSONAL VEHICLE and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of
safety and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Safely operate personal vehicle for delivery route
Transport packages or goods to designated locations following established routes
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns professionally
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and route documentation
Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure timely and secure deliveries
Qualifications
Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience operating manual transmission vehicles preferred
Strong customer service skills with a professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle lifting and physical tasks associated with moving goods
Excellent route driving skills with knowledge of local area roads and traffic patterns
Prior experience with load & unload procedures and route planning is a plus
Reliable transportation to reach the starting point of each route consistently
