Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily operations in our truss manufacturing facility. This role serves as a key link between production, engineering, purchasing, and shipping to ensure materials, schedules, and workflows align with production demands. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Work directly with the Plant Manager to assist him with tasks necessary to run the plant.
· Learn various programs to assist (back-up) scheduling the plant as needed.
· Support production/saw supervisors by monitoring workflow and resolving operational issues
· Assist with inventory control, material staging, and job sequencing
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality inspections using Quality Reports
· Use eMaintenance to enter and manage work orders, track preventive and corrective maintenance, and document daily machinery inspections.
· In charge of biweekly safety meetings through building power point presentations, and maintaining meeting logs
· Act as the payroll processor for production employees by verifying daily time records and submitting accurate time reports to accounting.
· Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
· Bi-lingual Spanish & English (must)
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred
· Technically savvy with a strong working knowledge of excel and other Microsoft Suite tools
· Construction experience is a plus
· Manufacturing experience is a plus
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

· May require standing, walking, and occasional lifting
· Exposure to noise; PPE required when on the production floor
