Accounting & Reporting
o Reconcile accounts to keep books current and accurate
o Ensure transactions are correctly reflected in both the P&L and Balance Sheet
o Maintain and update Products & Service Codes in QBO for accurate reporting
o Support month-end close and reporting tasks and filing Sales Taxes
o Prepare reconciliations for AR/AP, payroll liabilities, intercompany balances, and other balance sheet accounts
Strong accounting background with understanding of Balance Sheet, and P&L
Advanced QuickBooks Online experience (must be proficient with complex transactions)
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and maintain attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to work with both internal teams and clients
Preferred
Accounting degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience as a bookkeeper or accountant
Knowledge of intercompany accounting and reconciliations
Familiarity with automation tools (bank rules, recurring templates, imports).
