National Health Insurance Group is seeking a detail oriented, customer-focused Retention Specialist to join our team. The Customer Service / Retention Specialist will be responsible for contacting existing clients. This role involves managing payment issues and resolving account discrepancies.
Payment Resolutions will consist of resolving failed rejected or returned payments.
Follow procedures for payment corrections, adjustments, and account updating.
Accurately document all payment interactions and communicate promptly with clients to resolve billing concerns and provide clear guidance.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, insurance, account management, or a related field (preferred).
