Position Overview
As a Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance, accurate order processing, and reliable product recommendations. Your role is key to ensuring every customer has a positive experience — from helping them find the right motor or HVAC part to managing transactions efficiently and professionally.
You’ll work closely with warehouse and sales staff to maintain smooth daily operations and contribute to the continued growth and success of our Boynton Beach branch.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of counter sales experience in the HVAC/R or electric motor industry.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required.
Established customer base in the air conditioning and refrigeration field – required.
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and meet sales goals.
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade education in HVAC/R preferred.
Proficient with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
