Irrigation technician with at least (5) five years of experience to work for a local landscape/property management company specializing in homeowners and condominium Associations within country club communities.
Job Details include:
1. Monthly wet checks on properties to clean, replace or adjust heads for proper watering patterns.
2. Attending to daily work orders and service calls.
Must have the ability to do the following:
a. Troubleshoot time clocks, valves, solenoids - repairing and or replacing line breaks, broken heads and nozzles.
b. Replacing pumps and motors.
c. Ability to work independently.
d. Ability to trace/track wires to find zone valve boxes.
e. Work with Toro and Rainbird time clocks and all aspects of valve operations.
f. Need to have good communication skills and have the ability to converse with homeowners on the job sites.
g. Clean driving record.
h. A team player
