Construction Solution Products is a leading construction company specializing in Demolition, Shell Construction, Concrete Cutting, and Coredrill.
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong leadership and technical knowledge to oversee multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Demolition, Shell Construction, Concrete Cutting, and Core Drill projects from start to finish.
Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Provide regular reports and updates to management and clients.
Lead and motivate field teams to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications / Requirements
Proven experience in Demolition, Shell Construction, Concrete Cutting, or Coredrill project management.
Strong technical knowledge in Shell Construction.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – MANDATORY.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
Valid driver’s license.
Must provide proof of completed studies/certifications in the U.S. (or equivalent).
Previous work references required for verification.
