We are looking for a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist who can also assist with back-office support.
This position is the first point of contact for residents and visitors and provides general administrative help to our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet residents, vendors, and visitors.
Answer phones and manage front desk email/voicemail.
Sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
Keep reception area clean and organized.
Update homeowner contact info in system (Enumerate).
Receive and review applications; run background checks.
Explain payment options (English & Spanish).
Process credit card payments through Square.
Distribute parking decals and provide account balances.
Assist with outgoing mail, envelopes, and Decals
General admin support (filing, scanning, organizing).
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
Organized, friendly, and able to multitask.
