Job Title: Office Manager / Property Manager
Location: Miami Beach, FL (in-office)
Compensation: $1,000 per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager / Property Manager to oversee daily operations for multiple residential and commercial properties in the Miami and Miami Beach area. This role is based in our Miami Beach office and requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations for multiple buildings
Handle tenant communications, questions, and issue resolution
Coordinate and supervise service providers (plumbers, electricians, pest control, HVAC, cleaners, etc.)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, leases, invoices, and vendor files
Assist with renting units and spaces (showings, applications, move-ins/outs)
Track maintenance requests and ensure timely completion
Support ownership with administrative tasks related to property management
Requirements:
Prior experience in property management or office management preferred
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Professional communication skills (phone, email, in person)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Familiarity with Miami / Miami Beach properties is a plus
Proficient with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, documents)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
In-office position in Miami Beach
