Provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated in accordance with companies' objectives. Property Managers are licensed by the State of Florida for Community Property Management (LCAM). Must be a motivated person, knowledgeable about property management, customer relations, teamwork, responsible, organized, trustworthy, reliable and have a great attitude.
