JOB OVERVIEW: The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining, stocking, and managing minibar services in guest rooms to the highest luxury hospitality standards. This role ensures accuracy, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail while delivering a seamless guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRestock and replenish minibars in guest rooms according to hotel standardsInspect minibar items for quality, freshness, and correct presentationAccurately record minibar consumption and charges using the hotel’s systemEnsure pricing, product selection, and inventory levels meet brand standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of minibar units and storage areasReport missing, damaged, or expired items promptlyCoordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure room readinessHandle minibar-related guest inquiries professionally and discreetlyFollow all health, safety, and hygiene regulationsMaintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times
