Department: Maintenance / Plant / Production
Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment, and systems (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
Troubleshoot failures, diagnose root causes, and implement repairs
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, blueprints
Change bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, alignment, etc.
Assist with installation of new equipment
Maintain logs, parts inventory, and repair records
Follow safety protocols (lockout/tagout, OSHA, etc.)
Qualifications
High school diploma / GED or equivalent
3+ years experience in industrial maintenance / mechanical repair (or equivalent)
Hands-on skills with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
Ability to operate hand & power tools
Basic electrical / PLC knowledge preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in varied environments
