Description As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections

Process payroll accurately and timely, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations

Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts

Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries as needed

Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Assist with budget preparation and monitoring

Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax

Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections

Assist with year-end audit and tax preparation processes

Provide financial reports and analysis to management as needed

Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations

CPA certification or equivalent preferred but not required
