Physical Therapist

Providing physical therapy evaluations and treatments for adult patients with primarily orthopedic conditions, in a full-service, boutique clinic setting catering to the Sanibel/Captiva community under Medicare Part B and self-pay services.  Appropriate documentation of skilled physical services with our intuitive and efficient documentation software, with plan of care and execution of treatment sessions.  Scheduling optimized to keep same patient throughout episode of care.  This part-time position, year-round, with flexibility regarding days and times, 2-3 days per week expected.  Options for additional time off during the summer and off-season months.  Primary work at our Sanibel location, with option for use of our satellite Fort Myers location early morning or late afternoons during season.
