We are looking for candidates with solid knowledge within the housing market. We need strong CADD skills, a positive attitude, and someone capable of working independently. We are looking for experienced individuals that can achieve results.
We have several positions open for immediate full time, in house, employment.

Recommended Requirements
1. 3 years minimum Auto CAD
2. 3 years minimum experience in Single Family-Home Construction Documents
a. Floor Plans
b. Foundations
c. Elevations
d. Truss Plans
e. Electrical Plans
3. 3 years of working knowledge with the Florida Code Book
4. This is an IN HOUSE position 9-5
