1. Experienced Upholsterer (Full Upholstery)
In-shop position
Responsibilities:
Upholster furniture from start to finish
Install cushions, panels, arms, backs, and trim
Work with fabric, vinyl and leather
Maintain high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
Requirements:
Proven upholstery experience
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong knowledge of furniture construction
Reliable and detail-oriented

2. Cutter / Sewer / Seamstress
In-shop position
Responsibilities:
Cut and sew materials for:
Indoor & outdoor cushions
Marine upholstery
RV cushions
Furniture panels & components
Follow patterns, templates, and measurements accurately
Operate industrial sewing machines
Work with fabric, vinyl, leather, and specialty materials
Requirements:
Experience cutting and sewing upholstery materials
Ability to read patterns and measurements
Industrial sewing machine experience
Upholstery experience a plus (not required)

3. Cushion Sewer – Piece Rate
Work from home OR in shop
Responsibilities:
Sew cushions only (boxed cushions, zipper cushions, basic styles)
Consistent volume available
Materials can be supplied or picked up weekly
Requirements:
Prior cushion sewing experience
Ability to meet quality and timeline expectations
Industrial machine preferred
