Property inspector needed for busy property management office in Rockledge:) Experience a plus, but we can train the right candidate. Tasks include inspection of properties in Brevard County, data entry of violations, interface with customers to resolve matters by email or phone, must have valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Demonstrate effective communication skills such as oral, written and listening skills, Possess proficiency in phone, organizational and typing skills. Need ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, prefer 3 years + experience; must have positive attitude, can multi task and be flexible with duties.
Part time but can lead to full time. MWF 9-4
