Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Home Cleaning Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry and linen services as needed to ensure complete home care
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor care procedures
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met, including kitchen and bathroom disinfecting
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any special requests or concerns
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistent quality across all jobs
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management is highly desirable
- Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with floor care, carpet cleaning, and commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the home
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is a plus but not mandatory
